Small on space doesn’t necessarily mean small on style. If you can take your eyes off the tranquil surroundings just off the patio, you’ll be amazed at how many upscale features were so tastefully included in this 393-square-foot tiny home located in Rolla, MO.

Natural elements, plush materials and top-notch lighting create a place of beauty and comfort. With two large beds in lofts on both sides of the home, there is space for up to four people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with nice appliances, plenty of storage and a counter with stools to seat four. The luxurious bathroom features double sinks, mirrors with additional touch lighting and a refreshing rain shower. A cozy electric fireplace in the living space provides the perfect ambiance for spending time with friends or family.

Although you’ll want to devote time inside, you’re drawn to the oasis that awaits you beyond the home’s doorstep. Once a bustling excavation site, the quarry now creates a peaceful environment with its calm, clear water with striking sheer rock walls. There are an abundance of vessels available for use to explore the quarry – kayaks, paddleboats and canoes are the perfect way to immerse yourself in nature.

Across the quarry, the rental owner has a second tiny home available for rent. This 290 square foot retreat was a product of HGTV’s Tiny Paradise show and aired in 2017. Equally as quaint, the most spectacular feature of this second rental is the view from the patio. Once you’ve soaked that in, you’ll enjoy a firepit, waterslide or the perfect spot for hitting golf balls into the quarry. Don’t worry, these will later be retrieved by the diving club which utilizes the quarry for training purposes.

Speaking of golf, if you share a love of golf with the property owners, plan on spending some time in the golf simulator (on the property) to make sure your swing is up to par. If you’d rather spend an evening out, there are plenty of options for restaurants and other activities in town. Whether you’re looking for some alone time with a partner or for a nature-filled weekend with the family, the Tiny Oasis on the Quarry is an ideal way to unwind and recharge without sacrificing luxury.
